We’re an independent service working with the NH state utilities, their vetted regional contractors and local utility ratepayers to deliver energy efficiency programs in homes throughout our communities in New Hampshire.

Statewide New Hampshire utilities provide rebates and incentives for energy improvements to help reduce residential energy usage and it’s cost and impact on the grid across our local communities.
Home Energy Performance is a comprehensive program provided by New Hampshire’s utilities to help assist their customers in receiving weatherization work accompanied by an incentive for energy improvements of 75% or up to $6,000.

The Home Energy Assistance program is available to help residents save more by offering incentives to income-qualified customers for weatherizing their homes and learning how to improve their energy usage habits.

Utility Incentives for Energy Efficiency

The NH public utilities have an objective and initiative to reduce energy consumption for homes and businesses across the state. Small ratepayer fees fund these important programs to benefit homeowners and improve our state’s energy resources.

Market rate residents with documented high energy costs that require professional consultation and installation skills can be assisted through the Home Energy Performance program.

Income qualified residents whose monthly energy bills consume a large part of their monthly income can benefit from the Home Energy Assistance program.

Add Comfort and Efficiency with Home Energy Performance

The Home Energy Performance program provides utility funding for important space heating and cooling energy savings in your home.

If your home qualifies, your home energy efficiency work scope can be used to add insulation, air sealing, and other approved energy efficiency updates to your home.

Cost Savings Improvements with Home Energy Assistance

Home Energy Assistance is the NH utilities’ home weatherization program serving New Hampshire’s income-eligible homeowners and renters to help reduce their energy costs, optimize their homes’ energy performance and make their homes safer, healthier and more comfortable. Homeowners are encouraged to inquire directly to the Community Action Program in their county, for an assessment of their eligibility.
